Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment: A deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due on or before the wedding date.
  1. Cancellation: If the client cancels the contract, the deposit will be forfeited.
  2. Scheduling: The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the wedding schedule and any other relevant details.
  1. Photography coverage: The number of hours of photography coverage will be determined by the package selected by the client.
  1. Images: The final images will be delivered within a specified timeframe, usually 4-6 weeks after the wedding date.
  1. Copyright: The photographer retains the copyright to all images, but the client will be granted a license to use the images for personal use.
  1. Image usage: The client is not permitted to use the images for commercial purposes without the photographer’s permission.
  1. Image editing: The photographer will edit and retouch the images as deemed necessary.
  2. Weather: In case of inclement weather, the photographer will make every effort to reschedule the shoot.
  1. Travel: Travel expenses may be added if the wedding location is more than a certain distance from the photographer’s studio.
  1. Additional costs: Additional costs may be added for additional hours of coverage, additional locations, or additional products.
  1. Liability: The photographer will not be held liable for any loss or damage to images beyond their control.
  1. Insurance: The photographer carries liability insurance for the protection of the client and the photographer.
  1. Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as pandemics, war, or natural disasters, the contract may be terminated.
  1. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration+
