Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions
- Payment: A deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due on or before the wedding date.
- Cancellation: If the client cancels the contract, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Scheduling: The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the wedding schedule and any other relevant details.
- Photography coverage: The number of hours of photography coverage will be determined by the package selected by the client.
- Images: The final images will be delivered within a specified timeframe, usually 4-6 weeks after the wedding date.
- Copyright: The photographer retains the copyright to all images, but the client will be granted a license to use the images for personal use.
- Image usage: The client is not permitted to use the images for commercial purposes without the photographer’s permission.
- Image editing: The photographer will edit and retouch the images as deemed necessary.
- Weather: In case of inclement weather, the photographer will make every effort to reschedule the shoot.
- Travel: Travel expenses may be added if the wedding location is more than a certain distance from the photographer’s studio.
- Additional costs: Additional costs may be added for additional hours of coverage, additional locations, or additional products.
- Liability: The photographer will not be held liable for any loss or damage to images beyond their control.
- Insurance: The photographer carries liability insurance for the protection of the client and the photographer.
- Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as pandemics, war, or natural disasters, the contract may be terminated.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration+
