The cost of a wedding photo shoot is calculated individually and depends on the timing, number of guests, location, travel route, distance within the Delhi NCR region weddings , popularity of the date, and other factors. To find out the exact cost, please contact us at any convenient time and let us know the date of your event, location, and approximate route, as well as how many hours you need a photographer/s or videographer.
We strive to process your photos as quickly as possible. The turnaround time depends on the season: from November to May it takes 30 business days, and from June to October (peak season, with many weddings) it can take up to 90 business days. This applies only to wedding photo sessions; portrait and reportage photo sessions are processed more quickly. If you need express processing within one week, there’s an additional ₹10,000 fee.
Yes, absolutely. We can send you a contract template upon request. We sign the contract online and exchange scans of the signed pages (the contract can also be signed online using a convenient service, the link to which we will send).
No, we don’t accept pre-bookings, and we don’t hold dates. Pre-payment is the only option.
A date can be reserved with a prepayment of ₹5,000–₹10,000 (depending on the scope of the shoot), after which we will arrange a phone call and a consultation on wedding preparations. As a reminder, the consultation takes approximately 1 hour (or a little more) and includes detailed and valuable information on all aspects of wedding preparation. Following the consultation, we will send all the information in text format—as a wedding preparation guide. The consultation is conducted via Skype/WhatsApp/Zoom or by phone. Your prepayment constitutes a reservation and payment for the consultation (or wedding preparation guide).
We use two Sony Alpha ILCE-7M4 cameras, full-frame mirrorless cameras for professional photography. We also have five lenses: a standard Tamron 28–75mm f/2.8 lens, a wide-angle Sony FE 16–35mm F2.8, a Tamron 70–180mm F/2.8 Di III telephoto lens, a Sony 55mm f/1.8 ZA, and a Sony 90mm f/2.8 macro. We also use multiple flashes, which allow us to conduct a photo shoot in any conditions, especially in dark rooms.
The maximum photo resolution in pixels for the Sony A7 IV camera, given its 33MP sensor, is 7008×4672.
For your convenience, we’ve created full-day wedding packages, including a registry office visit and a walking tour. The price of each wedding package is calculated individually and depends on the complexity of navigation during the wedding day and the distance of the event. For example, a 12-hour wedding event in Noida will cost differently than in Gurugram or Faridabad, depending on travel distance within Delhi NCR. As with bookings outside the region, travel expenses are either reimbursed or paid for.
Yes, of course, we prefer face-to-face communication and a mandatory meeting before the wedding. However, we’re somewhat limited in time, as travel takes a long time. Since the pandemic, everyone has become accustomed to communicating via WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom, which significantly saves time. Therefore, when booking a full wedding day, we meet at a neutral location or also via WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom. For shorter bookings, we hold an online meeting. Although an in-person meeting is possible, it is only for the contract signing; all preliminary discussions are conducted online.
Of course, I’ll definitely tell you and recommend the best locations for your photo shoot, outline a detailed wedding day schedule, and recommend trusted specialists, just as if it were my own wedding, but only after I’m sure of your commitment. This is precisely why a reservation, prepayment, and a signed contract are required, as working with you, including consulting on all matters and selecting specialists, is my time, and I want to be sure we value each other’s time and effort. This means that a prepayment is required for the consultation, and we will begin discussing the details and detailed preparations for your wedding day.
During the shoot, we help you with posing, literally telling you which foot to place where and where to look. We also sometimes show you “references”—pre-prepared sample photos that we can replicate. You can also find references online and show them to us before or during the shoot. We also work with your relatives and guests, helping them with posing, shooting mini love stories for couples, for your parents, and doing family photo sessions at your celebration. If you want to practice posing, we recommend attending our pre-wedding consultation and signing up for a love story photo session (with a discount for full-day weddings), so it will be easier on the day of the shoot.
If the client cancels the photo shoot, the deposit is non-refundable. If you book but change your mind a month or more in advance, your reservation will be transferred to another session you’re planning—a birthday party, love story, photo book layout, business shoot, etc. If you book a date and cancel the next day, the deposit is non-refundable.
The consultation takes place online via WhatsApp video. The consultation lasts approximately 1 hour. During the consultation, we’ll discuss posing, answer all your questions in detail, develop interesting and unusual scenarios for your wedding day, discuss the timing of the wedding day, and photo shoot locations, taking into account optimization and minimizing travel.
All detailed consultations take place after signing the contract and receiving a deposit to reserve the date. We also send the guide only after booking.
We shoot in RAW format (which is what the originals are). You can purchase the original RAW files for a fee of ₹10,000 or negotiated individually. Requests for RAW files must be made before the photo shoot. Upon your request, we can provide you with all the photos in unprocessed and unselected JPG format free of charge, but only after we have provided all the processed files.
This service is called confidential photoshoot.
Our price for a photo shoot includes the ability to use the photos in our portfolio on our website and social media, so other couples can find us and book our services. That’s why the price increases if we’re prohibited from publishing them. Perhaps a partial publication option would be more suitable? For example, we might not publish certain guests or photos with guests (staged photos in the photo zone and during congratulations/toasts), but we can publish photos of the couple, or just decor or detail shots. In this case, we specify in the contract what exactly can and cannot be published (without additional fees for confidentiality).
The terms of the service include a non-publication fee of ₹10,000 added to the cost of the shoot. Confidential photo sessions are only available before the shoot, not afterward.
We don’t store confidential footage on our drives and delete it immediately after submission (within a month at most). So, please download your footage immediately.
The standard wedding photo processing accepted by all photographers includes cropping, exposure adjustments, brightness, contrast, color balance, saturation, and basic retouching of large portrait shots (smoothing out light and shadow spots, removing acne). All photos are manually selected, color corrected, and undergo basic retouching. Any additional corrections to the figure, facial contouring, teeth, clothing, hairstyle, and the like are performed by a professional retoucher for an additional fee. If you have noticeable birthmarks, moles, scars, body features, or other issues, please discuss the possibility of retouching these with us over the phone or in person before the shoot. If you would like to edit your figure, makeup, or hairstyle (called deep retouching), we will also discuss this separately. The cost of deep retouching for 10 photos is ₹2,000. When ordering high-quality makeup and hairstyling for you and your guests (at least your immediate family), our method eliminates the need for additional photo retouching. Properly chosen clothing also helps avoid photo retouching.
Yes, of course, you can book any number of hours. Basic rates for short wedding photo sessions are listed in the Prices section. The minimum order is 2–3 hours. You can book a 1-hour session, but you will be charged for 2 hours.
We always try to get around by car. If the shoot is booked without a reception, then we usually drive ourselves. If we’re driving and the location is in the city center, parking near the venue is paid separately.
Yes, of course. In this case, roundtrip travel, taxi, one-day hotel stay (if the route is complex or the shoot starts early), and a small travel allowance are covered.
We transfer all photos to you via a gallery link on our website or via Google Drive. We strongly urge you to save the photos to your Google Drive account after receiving the link and download them to your hard drive (computer) within one month of receiving the photos. We recommend creating at least three copies of the photos. We store family and portrait photo sessions on Google Drive for six months, and wedding photos for 12 months. We do not store photos without publishing rights and delete them from hard drives immediately after transferring the files. Files via a link will be stored for six or 12 months.
Raw source files are stored for one month from the date of shooting. Transfer of raw source files is discussed during the collaboration process, not after the submission and acceptance of the work. We do not have the capacity to store large volumes of files, and after the project is submitted and the processed material is handed over, the raw files are deleted. If you require the raw source files, please notify us in advance.
First, you need to allow enough time in your wedding day for the bride and groom to get ready, a photo walk (at least an hour), and plan your wedding day so it’s comfortable for you and your guests (minimum movement, maximum communication).
Second, a good photo shoot requires you to be in a good mood, agree to the session, be open, and be driven to achieve results. Beautiful photos are a two-way street—not just the photographer’s, but everyone involved. If you want active, lively photos where everyone is running, jumping, and having fun, then you need to run, jump, and have fun.
Third, hire a makeup artist and possibly a wardrobe stylist. If you work with your own professionals, there may be surprises. A photo shoot is, after all, a team effort involving many specialists. The end result depends on the entire team’s efforts.
Fourth, choose beautiful locations for the bride’s morning get-together, the walk, the ceremony, and the reception. Please don’t compare luxury venues with simpler ones—they’ll just produce different styles of photos, both beautiful in their own way.
The price is determined by many factors, including years of experience, technical equipment, specific service, and qualifications. Incidentally, it was precisely these factors that drew your attention to our profile. Therefore, if you are satisfied with the quality of our services, there should be no doubt about the price. In exceptional cases, discounts are possible if you are planning a full-day wedding on a weekday or if you have selected exclusive locations for your event.
Selecting a photography package that aligns with your budget takes careful consideration. In 2025, you’ll need to balance your vision against practical financial constraints while ensuring quality memories.
